Checklist
- All medicines in your carry-on — never in checked luggage.
- A few extra days' supply.
- Original labeled bottles where you can.
- A written list: names, doses, times, allergies, doctor's phone number.
- A pill organizer to keep track across time zones.
- If a medicine needs a refrigerator, tell the line when you book.
