The short answer
This site collects personal information only when you send the question form: your name, email, and anything else you choose to type. It goes to Kathryn Lyn so she can reply. We do not ask for payment details, passport numbers or medical records through this site. If you mention a health need in the form (for example, a wheelchair or oxygen), it is used only to plan your trip. Please don't send payment or passport details.
Who receives it
- Kathryn Lyn / Travelin' With Kathryn Lyn, who answers your message.
- Our customer system provider (GoHighLevel), which stores form messages on our behalf.
- Our web host (Vercel), which runs the site and keeps short-lived request logs.
We do not sell or rent your information, and we don't share it for advertising. If you book a cruise with Kathryn, the details needed for the booking are shared with the cruise line, as with any booking.
How long we keep it
Form messages are kept while we're helping you and for as long as you're a client or might reasonably return, and deleted on request at any time.
Your choices and rights
You can ask to see the information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, and you can ask us to stop contacting you. Residents of California and other US states with privacy laws have these rights by law; we give them to everyone. Email kathryn@travelinwithkathryn.com and we will respond within 30 days.
Children
This site is for adults planning travel. The form is not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes too.
